I had a shipment of APMEX bullion “never” arrive at my mailbox — although USPS “Informed Delivery” screen-captures showed my package 100% arrived at my local Post Office. And went out for delivery. It took months, but I got a refund. Meantime, however, the coins were never found. In my final conversation with local USPS branch, I was told, in response to a question should I file a police report, “Law enforcement won’t do a thing…(giggle).” I can’t tell you how stressful it is tracking a shipment of valuable coins … literally waiting by my mailbox on the scheduled day of delivery … only to be “giggled” at. Did not want a refund. Wanted the coins!

Yes, I have all receipts and names.

In reply to Mike Petraitis. There is likely at lot more crime committed that we don't ever here about, Mike, precisely because the perpetrators are never found out and/or brought to justice.

In reply to FViia. Yes, that is a most appropriate response, FViia. This woman's downfall wasn't simply the fact that she was a thief but that she was an unbelievably greedy one at that. After all, you know what they say: "Moderation in all things."

What really gets me is that people can do crimes and think they will get away with it and not get caught. What are these people thinking they must think there living in the a world that they can get away with it.
