Very frustrated, as the 29th (the expected day the email said it would ship by) has come and passed now. Called them and they just say “we are sorry for the delay, shipping them out as fast as we can, just give it a little more time”. They know nothing about any of the issues or have any explanations…

Not to indicate any criticism of your efforts – in fact, I applaud you for trying so hard – but dealing with the Mint is effectively like tilting at windmills.

A real shame, Fviia. The Mint does not like to make things too easy, I guess.

The Mint has many operating parts, chuck, and all too often one doesn’t know what the other is up to as to why, when, where or how.

What a mess, Bud. If only the Mint could just for once do two things in a row right!

I’ve written 2 emails to the *$%#’s asking for elaboration on what the email i got means, and why i’m processing since 2/28 when other people are getting their subscriptions already delivered. Also noting that supposedly i can order coins right now, as it’s available, and depending upon shipping charge, I “should” be able to have the coin anywhere from 3 days to 2 1/2 weeks. So why is my order being penalized?

The first email they replied with a canned answer about how to update my credit card on file for subscriptions. (which BTW I did / confirmed months prior)

the 2nd email, they reply:
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be advised the fulfillment center is waiting on inventory to fill orders. Once the inventory is received then the order status will change to pending or processing. 

Since is says on my order “Subscription Processing” it”s utter lies and Mint Manure. Really pissed enough to stop ASE’s and think Canadian or something else. I wish there were somewhere to complain to the management. ( if nothing else, it may make me feel better (or worse)… or not )
